Contained Pressure Washing Booth for Auto Parts Washing 

THE CHALLENGE:

Customer is an auto salvage operation that was facing potential fines for pressure washer discharge to the ground. A major portion of labor for dismantling autos is the cleaning process.  The JRI Cleaning Systems makes this job faster, cleaner and safer.

The addition of the wash booth gives the operation a more professional look by keeping the washing in one defined area. A JRI Cleaning Systems distributor installed this system in conjunction with a bio wastewater recycling system using microbes.

Conveyor Exhaust Manifold System

THE CHALLENGE:

To wash cast iron exhaust manifolds at a rate of 1 every 30 seconds and to meet a gravimetric cleanliness level as well as maximize particle size.  System needed to be robotic loaded and all surfaces thoroughly cleaned..

Smog Pump and Brake Booster Cleaning System

THE CHALLENGE:

The customer was cleaning smog pumps and brake booster gaskets. .

The gaskets were coated in a silicone substance. This material was not able to be removed by rotating the parts on a turntable. Smog pumps were coated in a carbon/grease. There were many crevices that were difficult to reach with spray.
